Ertha Energy Joins Pickleball Event Organized by MOGEC. On Saturday, 11 July 2026, the Ertha Energy team enthusiastically swapped their sitting at desks and air-conditioning for paddles and court shoes to participate in the highly anticipated MOGEC Pickleball Tournament 2026. The lively tournament was hosted at Pickle Nation in Glenmarie, bringing together professionals from across the Malaysian oil, gas, and energy engineering sectors. From 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, the venue was buzzing with energy. Ertha Energy was incredibly proud to field a dedicated team of five pairs, eager to step onto the court and showcase our sportsmanship, agility, and unyielding team spirit.
While our team did not take home the championship trophy this year, the experience was an absolute victory in every other sense. The fast-paced matches challenged our reflexes, but more importantly, they fostered incredible camaraderie among our colleagues. Every serve, volley, and rally was met with enthusiastic cheers from the sidelines, reinforcing the strong bonds that make our workplace so special. Competing against other esteemed companies under the Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Engineering Council (MOGEC) provided a fantastic platform for invaluable networking. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect, laugh, and build relationships with industry peers in a fun, relaxed environment far removed from the typical boardroom or offshore project site.
Ultimately, the tournament was a resounding success for our team’s morale and wellness. We left the courts at Pickle Nation with great memories, strengthened inter-company connections, and a few sore muscles to show for our hard work and enthusiasm. We extend our sincere gratitude to MOGEC for organizing such a stellar, well-coordinated Pickleball Tournament 2026. Our team is already looking forward to refining our skills and returning to the courts next year and win the trophy.
